3 Level home with mid-level conversation room and large downstairs TV room.Large Deck sitting among the Aspen and Pine trees.Walk to Private HOA Beach, Picnic Area with Fire Pit, and Market.Big Luxury cabin located at Fallen Leaf Lake.We cannot guarantee the quality of the internet at this property.*** There are 2 assigned parking spaces and one guest parking space for a maximum of 3 cars only.*** This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity so don't miss out! ***Please note: Due to the location of this house, the only internet option is satellite, it is not the best service and can be intermittently down or just slow. Please note:***The parking area is a lot located about 50 yards from the home, you can load and unload at the property but you have to park overnight in the lot. There is also a loft area with 2 queen beds (also not very private, but great for the kids). The top level is the master suite with a private gas fireplace and bathroom. But they may not be ideal for an adult couple.***) Downstairs is the family/TV room with a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating to watch the big game! You will also find a queen bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. They are really ideal for older children because they have direct access to the deck. You will have smart TV's and internet***) You will also find a full bathroom and 2 queen size bedrooms.(***Please note: These 2 identical bedrooms are very small, they do not have a dresser or closet but do have hooks to hang your clothes. (***Please note: there is no cable at this property due to its location. The cabin is 3000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, you will have access to a private HOA beach for swimming and relaxing, or take a short walk to boat rentals and the market for basic essentials and cafe! The mid-level of this 3 level home has the main living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 single built-in beds.

Hike the Rainbow Trail and enter the Stream Profile Chamber. Visit Taylor Creek and Taylor Creek Visitor Center. Restrooms with flush toilets, tap water, amphitheater, small camp store Picnic table, food locker, pedestal grill, fire ring no hook-ups Yurts $100 per night ($2 more on holiday weekends) $38 per night ($2 more on holiday weekends) Reservations can be made from the current date up to 6 months in advance of arrival date. There are no first-come, first-served sites. Reservations are required for camping dates whenever the campground is open.
